How to Print Layered PDF Sewing Patterns

Recent versions of Adobe Reader, the free application for opening and printing PDF files, have an easily missed button that allows you to turn layers in the document on and off. That may not sound like it has a lot to do with sewing, but if you’re free or paid for PDF sewing patterns, you may be interested to read this article that shows how users can take advantage to print patterns that just show the needed size. Obviously this is dependent on the creators adding layers to their files, but hopefully this will become more common as time goes on.
